By placing an order, you agree to purchase the art at the listed price, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (such as Stripe or PayPal). Archie & Co. does not store your full card details. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or stock unavailability.
4. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
We ship our curated art using trusted global carriers. Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only. The risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We recommend inspecting all packages upon arrival and reporting any visible damage immediately to both the carrier and our support team.
5. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be delighted with your art. If an item arrives damaged or if you wish to initiate a return, please refer to our separate Shipping & Returns Policy for detailed instructions on timelines, eligibility, and how refunds are processed. All returns must be authorized in advance by our customer service team.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The content on our site, including images, design, and logos, is the property of Archie & Co. or our artists and is protected by EU and international copyright laws. When you purchase art, you acquire a physical piece of art, but not the right to reproduce, copy, or commercially exploit the underlying image or design without express written permission.

If you post reviews, comments, or photos of your art, you grant Archie & Co. a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for promotional purposes. You represent that you own the rights to any content you submit and that it does not violate the rights of any third party or contain any prohibited material.

You may not use our site for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malicious software, or to interfere with the performance of our platform. Any unauthorized scraping of our art data or attempts to circumvent our security measures will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

Archie & Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
