We are a global gallery bringing curated art to homes worldwide. Archie & Co. ships to domestic regions as well as international territories, ensuring our artists' work can be collected and appreciated across the globe.

Handcrafted Processing

Every artwork is made-to-order specifically for our collectors. Please allow a processing window of 3-5 business days for our production team to print and inspect your archival wall art before it is meticulously packaged for shipment.

Regional Windows

Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days once shipped. For our international community, delivery windows range from 7-14 business days, depending on customs and regional handling.

Simple Shipping Costs

We offer a straightforward $10 flat rate for all domestic standard shipping. To further support our curators, we provide complimentary free shipping on all orders over $150.

We partner with leading couriers including DHL and FedEx to ensure your artwork is transported with the utmost reliability and professional care.

Archival Packaging

Your art is protected by archival acid-free tissue and shipped in heavy-duty reinforced tubes. Every order includes real-time tracking, sent to your email the moment it departs our studio.

Returns & Refunds

30-Day Evaluation Period

We want your selection to feel right in your space. Archie & Co. offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If the piece doesn't resonate with you as expected, you are welcome to initiate a return within this timeframe.

Gallery Condition

To be eligible for a refund, all wall art must be returned in its original, pristine condition and original archival packaging. Any pieces that show signs of damage, hanging marks, or alterations cannot be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are excluded from our standard return policy. These include custom-sized pieces commissioned specifically for you, items marked as Final Sale, and Archie & Co. Digital Gift Cards.

How to Start a Return
  1. Initiate: Email our curator team with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Authorize: Once approved, we will provide a Return Authorization and the correct studio address for shipping.
  3. Ship: Securely repackage the art and ship it back using a courier of your choice.
Return Logistics & Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We are happy to offer store credit or one-time exchanges if you would prefer a different piece or size. Store credits are valid for one year and can be used across all our featured collections.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that your art arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include detailed photos of the packaging and the item so we can arrange a priority replacement at no cost to you.
